Hi Rob, Charles, Chris, Chris Groves, Jerelize, Banquet Managers and all the Indaba Staff concerned with the Bryanston High Matric Dance,
Once again I wish to thank your entire team and complement them all on an outstanding evening at the Indaba on Friday 19th July. Our entire experience from the booking, liaison throughout the year , preparation for the dance from the Thursday morning right through to the breaking down of the structure at mid-night went smoothly and according to plan. I thank you for the individual attention to detail by each and every one of you. The set-up crew were helpful and we were able to get on with what we needed to do at any one stage because of this. I always feel like I am at home at the Indaba with the friendliness and care accorded me and my team. My complements go to Chris and his Chefs, the buffet looked great and the food was delicious. I think the Bryanston Matrics ate exceptionally well on Friday night and I noticed there was not much in the way of pudding left at the end of the evening! Well done and a big thank you Chris.
Many thanks to Charles, Big Chris, Ali and Jerelize for your attention to detail and ensuring that our function was special to us, I enjoyed working with you all and look forward to our two big functions next year. Your banquet manager and his team of waiters were awesome, the evening ran smoothly and the finale when we cleaned up was a real pleasure. please complement Ali and ask him in advance if he will please be on duty next year 16th May and 18th July!
